POLICY

 

Production Timeline

  • Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days after proof approval.

  • Custom apparel and promotional products may take 10–15 business days depending on vendor/supplier stock.

  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee; availability is not guaranteed.


Payment Policy

  • Deposit: The consultation deposit is $150 that will go toward your initial order. If you choose not to proceed with your order after the consultation, we will refund $100. $50 of your deposit is non-refundable (for time & booking fees).

  • Balance: Final payment must be received prior to release or shipping of goods.

  • Accepted Payments: Credit/debit card, PayPal, Zelle, or business invoice with direct bank transfer.


Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. After this time, deposits are non-refundable.

  • Custom items (all tiers) are non-refundable unless there is a production error attributable to 561Customs.

  • Promotional products that are sourced from third-party vendors are subject to vendor-specific return policies.

  • No exchanges are accepted due to the custom nature of our work.


Proof Approval Policy

  • Clients receive up to 3 design revisions per order. Additional revisions will incur a design fee.

  • Final approval is binding. We are not liable for any errors (spelling, layout, sizing) after client approval.

  • In cases where client-supplied artwork causes issues, we will recommend fixes and/or charge a correction fee.


Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or added to the invoice based on package weight/destination.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier (USPS, UPS, etc.).

  • If a package is lost or damaged, claims must be filed within 30 days. We will assist in claims but cannot guarantee refunds from the carrier.


Installation Policy (Decal Tier Only)

  • Decal installations must be scheduled with 5–7 days’ notice.

  • Surface preparation is the client’s responsibility. We will not install on dirty, wet, or peeling surfaces.

  • Rescheduling installations due to site conditions will incur a trip fee.


Intellectual Property

  • Clients must own or have permission to use all submitted logos or artwork.

  • All original artwork created by 561Customs remains our property unless a buyout or licensing agreement is signed.

  • We reserve the right to showcase finished work in our portfolio or marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
